Recently, a new family moved in across the street. Missy and Gary are in their early 30's and have three boys under four and a half: Andrew, Christian, and Jackson. It was like we won the neighborhood lottery!! On top of that, they are amazing! They also closed the gap between the other neighbors across the street that have three kids, but their youngest boy is 5. Now, there is constant kid craziness and noise coming from the street and we love it! When Henry sees the kids are out, he bolts down the down driveway. I can't help to think what these boy's relationships will like as they get older. I met one of my dearest friends, Corey, who lived across the street from me when were just 5 & 6.... now, when we get together, we bring our kids! I can only hope these boys can be as lucky.
We have had a couple neighborhood get together since they moved in - a pool party at our house and a "Movie Under the Stars" at the Dan and Kami's. It's going to be a great summer.... and hopefully there will be many more to come.
